This house was designed for a family that loves the winter season. The house is in a lot that is being leased for a period of 3 years, Whenever this contract is over, they can take their home to another place without losing the asset to the owner of the lot. This family works from home and has all the meetings there. The rest of the time they spend mostly in the kitchen where they can have the best business ideas and conversations, that's why the kitchen is an open space that has the dining room and living room close.

We used dark wood as the finish material of the panels so that spaces won't lose heat in the winter season. Also, we used or movable the doors to slide and let the air enter and keep fresh in summer and a dynamic facade that can be opened during the wintertime in the day so the radiation enters and heat the indoor space and be closed at night so the heat keeps the good temperature and in the summer functions the other way around, so there's no need of air conditioning and heat to reduce energy usage.
