All of our Printed Products are customized and printed on demand. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Once is shipped from our facility, it takes: 3–4 business days.
Damaged & mislabeled items
We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
Size Exchanges, Returns or Refunds
As our printed products are printed specifically for each order, we can’t be changed in size offer a refund on the product as it means to us making a new product. We only offer refunds if the product is damaged or mislabeled.
