Damaged & mislabeled items

We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement (unless the print came out poorly because of a low-quality print file).

Size Exchanges, Returns or Refunds

As our printed products are printed specifically for each order, We can’t offer a refund on the products or exchanges on prints or sizes, as it means to us making a new product. We only offer refunds if the product is damaged or mislabeled. In that case, you should contact us as soon as you receive the product telling us why is the product damaged or mislabeled.

Pillows, Pillow cases & Blankets

Pillow cases can be machine-washed without bleach on a cold cycle. Don’t dry-clean or tumble-dry the pillow cases. You can iron them with a low heat setting.

The pillow inserts shouldn’t be washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned.
