CLAIMS

Marmaroph will provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 24 hours of the item being received. It is the responsibility of our customers to inspect all items at the time of delivery.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For returns the item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached. The customer has 14 days to return the item since the day the item was delivered. The shipping costs of the returned items are paid by the customer.
