Refunds & Return Policy

Marmaroph will provide a return/refund policy for whatever reason and any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 7 days of the item being received. It is the responsibility of our customers to inspect all items at the time of delivery. The 7-day period will begin from the date that the customer receives the product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be three business days from the date of dispatch. After the 7 days, customers have 14 days after receiving the item to send it back to MARMAROPH HOME & LIVING if they want to get a refund. You can return any product for store credit or a different product. You can get a refund to the original payment method only if the product is damaged or mislabeled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If returned products are not in their full original condition and packaging, including all original wrappings, a restocking fee of 30% will be charged and taken off the total refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All items must be opened and checked by the customer at the time of delivery before the delivery person leaves, otherwise, we cannot be liable for damage incurred during transit, so please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, you must tell the driver you reject the delivery due to damage during shipping and note it on the receipt with ‘Damaged Upon Arrival’. Any damaged or faulty claims after seven (7) days of delivery will not be accepted as a refund and will be treated as a warranty claim. In this case, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for all return costs. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all accessories, and not be used or altered in any way. They must be unmarked and unassembled in any way


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders. personalized items or Printed Items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the restocking fee of 30%. Upon receipt of the products, your merchandise will be inspected and the refund will be issued within thirty (30) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

To return a purchase, please simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Send us an email to within the 7-day period after delivery to request a Return Authorization Form.

  2. Prior to returning the item, this form must be filled out and emailed back to for approval. Add a picture of the packaged product you want to return.

  3. Please attach the Return Form to each box being returned. An original receipt is needed for any returns. The address will be provided upon the advice of the refund/return request.


We don’t give refunds for the following products:

  • Customized or Printed Products: As our printed products are printed specifically for each order, we can’t be changed in size and offer a refund on the product as it means to us making a new product. We only offer refunds if the product is damaged or mislabeled.
