    3 In 1 to Practice Mindfulness

    I loved this Journal as it includes the Images to Color and the Journaling part to be grateful for I didn’t have to buy 2 Journals! Also, I love the YouTube videos to meditate so you can practice daily while Listening to Calming Music. Just by scanning the QR codes that are inside the Journal I can learn something new!

    Perfect to Relive Stress

    I decided to bought this journal because I was feeling anxious and stressed because I am working to much and I have to much pressure. I tried to meditate and it help me and I wanted to try a new thing and I find that Coloring is Super calming and it's a form of meditation to. I haven't color since I was a child but I find really interesting going back to basics!

    Good Way to relieve stress

    Beautiful illustrations to color before bedtime. I use to write and color something before I go ro sleep. It has helped me feel more relaxed
